„Sitia Bands gegen Armut“ wurde in Sitia/Ost-Kreta im Jahr 2013 von einer Gruppe gleichgesinnter, talentierter Musiker, Technikern sowie anderen Künstlern und Freunden gegründet, die daran glauben …

„Gemeinsam können wir einen Unterschied machen.“

„Sitia Bands gegen Armut“ geben ihre Zeit und Dienstleistungen kostenlos an Wohltätigkeitsorganisationen. Hilfe für die Wohltätigkeitsorganisationen und sammeln Geld für die Armen.

Niemand der an B.A.P. beteiligten erhält eine Bezahlung . Zeit und Kompetenz sind unentgeltlich.

Wir appellieren an alle Bands in ganz Griechenland, mit „Bands gegen Armut“ den Armen zu helfen in ihrer Zeit großer Not.

Το “BANDS AGAINST POVERTY” ξεκίνησε στη ΣΗΤΕΙΑ ανατολικής Κρήτης το 2013 από μια παρέα ταλαντούχων μουσικών, τεχνικών, καλλιτεχνών και φίλων που μοιράζονταν μια κοινή ιδέα.
Διαφορετικοί άνθρωποι που πίστεψαν ότι…

Οι “BANDS AGAINST POVERTY” προσφέρουν το χρόνο και τις υπηρεσίες τους ΔΩΡΕΑΝ για ΦΙΛΑΝΘΡΩΠΙΚΟΥΣ ΣΚΟΠΟΥΣ, προκειμένου να βοηθήσουν τα εκάστοτε φιλανθρωπικά σωματεία, συλλόγους και οργανισμούς να συγκεντρώσουν χρήματα για τους συνανθρώπους μας που έχουν ανάγκη.

„Kreta ist für mich Musik“ (Mikis Theodorakis)
Die Musik der größten griechischen Insel hat eine jahrhundertealte Tradition, ist Volksmusik im besten Sinne des Wortes und lebt heute von ihrer ungeheuren Vitalität und Vielfalt. Kretische Musik ist im wesentlichen Lyramusik, der Lyraspieler ist ein viel geliebter und verehrter moderner Held. Der Klang der Lyra und die Identität Kretas sind eins.
Arn Strohmeyer versucht den Zauber dieser Musik mit dem Land, seinen Mythen und seiner Geschichte, vor allem aber mit dem Widerstandsgeist und Freiheitswillen, mit der Poesie und Lebensfreude der Kreter zu erklären. Stellvertretend verweist er auf einige weit über Kreta hinaus bekannte Musiker, wie Mikis Theodorakis, Nikos Xilouris, Psarantonis, Jannis Markopoulos oder Ross Daly.
